When you install and use Rastova SMS Notification, we collect certain information from merchants and customers through the Shopify GraphQL API:
- From Merchants: shop name, shop domain, email address, and shop phone number.
- From Customers: abandoned cart details, customer name, email address, and phone number.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected data to:
- Send SMS notifications and personalized messages to customers.
- Track abandoned cart conversion rates to help merchants understand performance.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We only provide customer phone numbers to our third-party SMS provider in order to deliver the SMS messages.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- All data is securely stored in our PostgreSQL database.
- Data is retained until the merchant uninstalls the application.
- Customers or merchants may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at info@rastova.com.

We apply industry-standard security measures to protect all collected data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
